"Serum TSH level more suppressed than ideal routine call range 0.06 (range 0.35 - 4.94 mu/L " is what my latest blood test say

Despite various changes in my medication (at the insistence of my endo) , mostly involving gradually changing/reducing my T3 Liothronine to now just 5 mcgms (it was 30 at one time) and upping my levothyroxine to now 100mcgs daily( although at one time I was on 250 mcgms of levo ) my TSH has been continually suppressed between 0.03 -0.08 .

I haven't worried to much because I know TSH can be suppressed on T3 and its better to consider this with the FT3 and FT4 results.

I just wondered though as I feeling well and I am now on what I consider low amounts of meds for me , if anyone could comment on my blood tests.

All levels are normal my vitamin levels B12 etc all good.

FT4 11.8 Range 9.00 -19.00pmol/L

FT3 3.9 Range 2.60-5.70pmol/L

TSH 0.06 range 0.35-4.94mu/L

If you’re feeling well don’t worry ! T4 and T3 do look low - should be 75% up through ideally - but if you feel well, don’t change anything.
