Fantastic improvement

These are my latest results which I am quite pleased with. I have been changed from ndt and t3 to 75mcg of levo and 10mcg of t3. I know that they probably aren't perfect but I feel reasonably well. What do you think?

This is the No.1 question i.e. "How do you feel"? If well, you're on an optimum dose for your body.

That's good you're feeling well. It is an amazing feeling after struggling for a long time.

They don't look too bad and, of course, it's how you feel that it's important.

There is room to increase if you wish, when on T3 one would expect to see TSH near the bottom of the range or even suppressed, and FT3 in the upper part of the range, but go by how you feel, if you think you could improve more then maybe a bit more T3 as your FT3 is only 32.43% through it's range (FT4 is 67% through range).
