Hi everyone, my lightheaded has been going on for months now, some months it's worse around my period, but sometimes it's different times, on and when I stand or get up.in a morning...

My tsh had been a little high since December and I can only increase my t3 very slightly so takes a while.. then all of a sudden I increased by 1mcg of t3 and now my t3 has gone over range and tsh really low, this does not suit me at all, I get allsorts of side affects...

I tend to feel ok with my ft4 at the top of range and t3 around 5...

I'm currently taking a combo of T4/T3

Does anyone think this lightheadedness could be my fluctuating levels...

Iv never had it before ever!

Thanks in advance

Sorry no-one has responded to your post.

If light-headedness happens more around the time of your period it sounds hormonally related and often additional symptoms rectify when we become optimally medicated.

Feel free to repost for others to hopefully see & reply with their experiences.

Lightheadedness can be low iron, and if it's happening around your period that might explain it? What's your ferritin level like?
