Full thyroid panel help

Hi all,

I posted on here a few weeks ago and received some great advice. I ordered a full thyroid panel on Thriva which I received results from last week and I just had a blood test at the GP yesterday for pernicious anaemia so hopefully will be receiving some treatment for that soon. I’m back again for some thyroid help. On the first test I had at the doctors I received the following results:

TSH 0.87 (0.35 - 5.0)

FT4 12.1 (9.0 - 21.0)

I just found the tool for downloading a PDF of my results from Thriva which I have attached.

I can see that my Vitamin D is just in range so that probably requires supplementing. I’ve been on 3 ferrous fumerate tablets a day so I’m guessing my active b12 might have increased because of that. There are around 2 weeks between the blood tests, is there any reason why my TSH is quite a bit higher or is that just normal? And do I need to be worried that my T4 is high?

Ferrous fumerate is to improve your very low ferritin/iron levels (on previous post)

B12 is low and serum B12 extremely low on previous post

You need folate tested

What’s your diet like

Are you vegetarian or vegan?

Thanks for your reply. I had my folate tested previously and it was 4.4 (3.1 - 20) so that was pretty low too. Diet pretty healthy, work with a personal trainer so well balanced in terms of protein/carbs/fat and not vegetarian or vegan. Had my pernicious anaemia test yesterday so should hopefully have results back tomorrow.
