You have spread your results across three separate posts. This causes confusion and could well split responses.
For that reason, I have turned off replying on your second and third posts. I'm actually finding one of them quite difficult to read.

Your ferritin is 9 (12 - 233) i.e. it is below range. Ideally ferritin, with the range you've given, would be somewhere around 125 - 150.
Has your doctor commented on your ferritin? What have they said? What is he or she doing about it?

You aren't officially anaemic (yet), because your haemoglobin is still in range, but you definitely suffer from iron deficiency and should be treated ASAP.
