Medichecks high active b12.....

Hi, I hope someone can comment please! I got my Medichecks active b12 result today! I can’t remember exactly when I stopped supplementing b vits but it was at least a few months ago! The dr at Medichecks says the result is high!

Active B12 - 167 pmol/l (25.1 - 165)

I have more hypothyroid results to follow end of May. So in the meantime I wanted to check my vit d (which was 92.5 nmol/l) and active b12 due to cross over of symptoms (muscle and joint pain and tingling) but both vit d and active b12 seem okay....but I might be wrong?
