October 2019 Prior to taking levo my ft3 was 5.24. (3.1. 6.8)
November 2019 I was prescribed levo 25 on alternative days by my gp she wouldn't allow me to take it every day, she referred me to endocrinologist that was in March 2020 who agreed I could take the levo 25 each day.
August 2020
Ft3. 4.95 (3.1. 6.8)
October 2020
I had phone call appointment with a different endocrinologist and managed to get levo increased to 50.
January 2021
Ft3. 4.83. (3.1. 6.8)
March 2021
Ft3. 4.61. (3.1-6.8)
FT4 as gone up but ft3 as gone lower, pointless asking a gp or endrorinlogist, as I have struggled with gp's to get levo.

Can you post the full results rather than just the FT3, please add the TSH and FT4 for each test, it will give a better picture so that we can try and understand what's going on.
Also, can you tell us if all tests were done under the exact same conditions, we advise testing early morning (no later than 9am), nothing to eat or drink except water before the test, last dose of Levo 24 hours before the test.
It's quite amazing that you were prescribed Levo with your October 2019 results when you didn't have raised antibodies.
These results are odd, I was unwell for a fews days and been taking cold medication, unsure if this maybe the reason.
Does that related to the January 2021 results (I'm thinking it does), if so we shouldn't have thyroid tests when we have an acute illness/infection, we should wait a few weeks until we are fully over it. Did you check the ingredients of your cold medication? Some cough medications contain iodine. Personally I would discount these results as they may not be accurate.
No levels are static, there is always some natural fluctuation. Looking at your FT3 results, they don't actually vary that much, I think the little that that do vary comes within the normal fluctuation one might expect. As an example, my most recent tests, done 6 weeks apart, tests done at the same time of day, last dose of meds at the correct time we recommend, show
FT4: 17 and 17.5 (12-22)
FT3: 5.4 and 4.9 (3.1-6.8)
So they're not dissimilar to yours.
What I would say though is that for a treated Hypo patient your TSH is too high and your FT4 is on the low side, most Hypo patients feel best when TSH is 1 or below with FT4 and FT4 in the upper part of their reference ranges, so I'd think an FT4 of 70-75% through range, maybe even higher, might be better. In March your FT4 was 54% through range.
Hi. Reference to January those results I had disregard, as I had arranged for someone to take the blood & due covid so I went ahead & had them taken. Hopefully mid to the end of MAY I get bloods done, see what those results are.
