I have thyroid and vitamin blood tests next week, I know to stop my Igennus B complex a week before, Levo 24 hours before test and last dose of daily t3 8-12 hours before. I am supplementing b12 (jarrow formulas methyl b12) and vitamin d+k2 (better you spray) as were low on last tests, just wondering if I am having b12 and vit d tested do I carry on taking these as normal or stop them as well please?
Thanks I’m advance 😊

D3 you carry on, just don't take it before the test on the day.
B12 - if you continue taking it then the result will show what the dose you take is achieving and whether you're taking enough or too much. Medichecks do say to stop taking it 2 weeks before the test but that wont give a baseline to show what you're holding on to, you need to stop for 4-5 months for a baseline.
Great thank you. I had bloods done in October and January without ever supplementing b12 so have those for baselines and this one can show if the supplements are helping 😊
