I feel pretty good. Heart rate fine, a lot of energy but my only concern is that I’m looser than normal when going to the bathroom and I can’t gain my weight back. My weight is 52 kg.
It wasn’t like this when my t4 was 17 a month ago. That was also before I had COVID. So I don’t know what is what. But I do know that my tummy is really sensitive to high t4 levels.
Can I reduce levo a bit to see?

The most important question is 'how do you feel' on your new dose? Also when you give results, always put the ranges as labs differ in their machines and ranges enable members to respond.
Are you gluten free? I just found myself wondering randomly if gluten might have anything to do with anything here... I am the opposite of you in that I like my fT4 nice and high, so I am biased, but if you find that high fT4 messes with your tummy, you could maybe try to knock it back by 12.5 mcg (by cutting the tablet) and see what happens... or you could do 50 mcg one day and 75 mcg the next. I find I really react to alternate day dosing like that though, so I hit a low fT4 wall of tiredness on the evening of the lower dose!
Thank you for your reply! Reducing Levo with 12,5 mcg is actually what my dr advised me to do today. She also think I should increase my T3 with 5 mcg which means 15 mcg in a day.
I tried going gluten-free but it stresses me more than doing me any good. I’m married to an Italian and we are really enjoying eating pasta and bread
Ha ha! I hear you re gluten stress and resisted doing it properly for years, describing myself as “low gluten”. I used to make my own sourdough and pasta, so I really miss those, but going properly GF a couple of months ago (at the start of the latest lockdown actually as eating out is a big thing) has helped loads with my tummy issues, sadly! I am hopeful that I am just in a repairing phase as I do miss it sometimes Mostly it is fine, but yes, decent home made pasta is something I particularly miss. And er, Coors Light!
