Dr Mercola’s supplements

Hi everyone, are Dr Mercola’s supplements good? I’m taking vitamin C and D but after having subscribed to his newsletter I’m horrified by his articles as it seems he promotes conspiracy theories and I can’t really see much science there.

The costs of his supplements, when I have looked out of interest but no intention of buying, have uniformly been high - especially outwith the USA.

Supplements are often made using a lot of the same machinery, ingredients, etc., as medicines. Further, there has been investment in the supplement industry by pharmaceutical companies. You have to make your own mind up, I'm afraid.

Overpriced and actually not good . Definitely don't recommend. I get his emails too and have have stopped reading now

It seems he has taken a crazy approach to increase his base of followers 🙈 I will finish the vitamins I’ve got but won’t buy again for sure.

Liposomal Vit C by Mercola? Anything Liposomal tends to be expensive. But it's ascorbic acid and I'd be tempted to try a good alternative brand and see how it compares, or go for a food state Vit C such as acerola cherry.

Same for his Vit D. Why not try a good oil based softgel?

You could try alternative supplements at a fraction of the cost and then decide if it's worth buying Mercola's.
