Very important to regularly retest vitamin levels as well as thyroid levels

Majority of patients manage on just levothyroxine, providing dose is high enough and all four vitamins optimal

Some people do better with addition of small doses of T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine

Relatively rare to be on T3 only
