Medichecks have discounts on some tests at the moment. Or they have 10% off with THYROIDUK10 code. And they have 'Thyroid Thursday' when they may have a thyroid test with vitamins and minerals on offer. Medichecks is the cheapest I know of.

Monitor My Health and City Assays both do Vitamin D at £29.

I don't know of any test which just includes vitamins and minerals, and testing them individually is horrendously expensive.

But I must admit I haven't studied the test catalogues on every testing site listed above.
