Hi, this is a quick question for anyone is knowledgable or who has had experience. I know there are a lot of questions about T4/T3 expiry dates, and I presume they wouldn't lose too much a year after expiry (say 10%).
I have Thiroyd-S, that has expiry date 2020 October , it was bought in 2018. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how potent it would be, like a %?
Its been stored in dark place, unopened .
I know NDT has short shelf life? And I don't know how generous the Thai expiry dates are anyway. So if anyone's ever had an experience of taking NDT several months after expiry let me know!
Best.

It might be ok if it was kept at a low temperature and free from moisture. If you are concerned about it's potency could you perhaps try to purchase some more if you can afford it.
I have dug out old supplies in the past, and found as long as they are the same sort of brown as usual, they are fine. If they have turned dark brown, not so good. As long as they are in a screw top bottle with that little anti moisture bag thing they should be fine. I took the normal dose and was OK.
