I have been using for 5 weeks, vitamin d3 ampoule 300,000 IU 1ml. I drank one ampoule per week.

the level before using vitamin d3 was 14.5, now after 5 weeks it is 130.

Presumably the unit of measurement is nmol/L?

If so now that you have reached 130 you are within the recommended range of 100-150nmol and you should now find your maintenance dose by trial and error. You may need 2,000iu, maybe more or less, maybe more in winter than summer. We should retest twice a year when taking D3.

It isn't necessary to stop D3 before a test, just take it after the test on the day.

Are you also taking D3's important cofactors - magnesium and Vit K2-mk7?
