Results after starting on Euthyral

Hello,

I have recently (two months ago) started a new treatment due to the difficulty in obtaining T3 cynomel in France. I am now taking half a tablet of Euthyral, which is combined T4/T3. this equates to 50mcg of T4 and 10mcg T3 daily, which is less than I was taking before when combining Levothyroxine and Cynomel (75mcg T4, 12.5mcg T3). I have just had a blood test and I would like some input on the results.

Free T3 3.4 pg/mL (2,5 to 3,9)

Free T4 7.9 ng/L (6,1 to 11,2)

T.S.H 2,34 mUI/L (0,38 to 5,33)

They all look in range, but I think that i feel more tired than before.

the last blood test on the old dosage showed significantly higher free T4 (11,61) and lower T.S.H (0,25).

It looks as though you have plenty of room to add more T4.
