As we have a number of members who have reported various allergic reactions - whether or not related to thyroid issues - I am simply posting this as an alert.

People who suffer from ‘significant’ allergic reactions should not take Covid vaccine, UK regulators warn

Do bear in mind, this is a new issue and concerns a new vaccine. It is quite possible this advice will be revised, possibly very soon. Also, just because there appears to be an issue with this specific vaccine, that does not imply there will be issues with other vaccines.

I shall close this post to replies as it is only a warning and is not intended to launch a discussion. We simply do not have enough information to have an informative and useful conversation at this time.
