Thyeogen injection

Thyroid cancer

Full TT

T4 100 T3 20 daily

Rai 2018

So cancer level has gone up so doing a scan

Has my 2nd injection today and feel really bad

Very tired

Feel sick most or the day

Brain fog

And advise?

How long will this last

Iodine tablet tomorrow

Afraid I am not familiar with thyrogen but I do know that if you feel bad, you might need to seek help.

I have put a link to a document which has details of known "side effects". Perhaps just knowing that others have had these will reassure you?

I also did the Thyrogen injections (2) for diagnostics purpose of recurrence spread lymph nodes and my TSH shot up to 150 and I didn’t feel any differently other then being annoyed with the low iodine diet for 2 weeks prior... the worse aggravating trying to figure out what you can eat! Im sure the tiredness will go away soon.
