I bought a blood glucose monitor a few weeks ago and have been checking my blood sugar level throughout the day.
I take my meds at night (175mcg T4 & 0.75 Grains Erfa) and first thing in the morning my blood sugar is 3.6 - 3.8mmol/l.
I also tried taking my Levo at night and NDT first thing in morning. Blood sugar was 4.1 - 4.3mmol/l but 90mins after after I had breakfast my blood sugar was 3.3 mmol/l.
Is there a known link between NDT or T3 and lower blood sugar levels?

Blood sugar monitors have legal tolerance levels of +/-15% so applying that to your ranges, there is no clinically material difference there.
A different box or batch of strips can vary a little, as can varying your routine impact. Blood glucose is very dynamic, and can be significantly variable, depending on what you eat and drink, exercise, sleep, stress, and and many other factors, not forgetting how consistent your testing regime might or might not be.
Do you have concerns about your blood glucose, making you want to monitor them if so, it could be interesting to understand those.
Whilst I have never taken NDT, I am now using combined T4+T3 therapy. As someone who lives with diabetes, I have an interest in my blood sugars, for obvious reasons.
For me, my blood sugars have never materially varied from being unmedicated, inappropriately medicated, undermedicated, or now, when I hope I am slowly creeping towards a more sweet spot (yes, I know what I did there), vis-a-vis the management of my thyroid challenges.
