I have hypothyrosis since 2009. When i was diagnosed and then from time to time I asked to do T3 also. However, as I have no big flucktations I do now only fT4 and TSH sensitive. For the antibodies that are increased (Hashimoto) it is important to take SE and have a gluten free diet. The therapy and doses take 4-6 weeks to show the real impact/ results. It is normal that if your TSH goes down, fT4 goes up, don't worry about that. D vitamin is imporyant both for Thyroid and CLL, I I take 3x400ui a day and check the level from time to time.
Hope sharing my experince helps, wish you all the best!
