Bad affects of T4 lactose free teva

Hi everyone ♥️

Hoping someone out their can shed some light on my problem.. My new endo has reduced my T3 LACTOSE free teva, (was on 20mg per day) in conjunction with my new script of T4 125mg lactose free teva I finished the T3 10 days ago..Im splitting the dose one in the morning one at night, in the last 10 days I've had no T3 but since starting on the new script of T4 after about 10 days I noticed mild hyper symptoms now after being on them for over 21days I feel fully hyper, tremors, sweating bad, fast heart rate sickly feeling all the horrible hyper symptoms. At the weekend I noticed bad pain in my stomach and bowels with bloating I know the more I take this medication the worse I will feel. I have gone back on them and again are having bad symptoms even after 2 days, in bed now with bad stomach and bowle pain, sweating again, palpitations, tremors ect, can T4 affect you like this? So fast? I've had no runny stools as yet.. I'm lactose intolerant hence the lactose free T4/T3.. But now after 21 days of being on the T4 I'm wondering if my lactose intolerants as anything to do with it.. I was given T4 on my discharge from hospital but after about 2/3 weeks noticed bad pain in my stomach and bowles I still had hyper symptoms but surgeon said that was because I probably had the antibodies in my system I had graves with a very toxic thyroid, after months of being on T4 I was very ill with bad stomach /bowle pain all hyper symptoms were still their to... So endo took me off T4 and put me on T3 lactose free... At 20mg per day.. For some reason I felt slight hyper on that to but no where near as being on T4!! My bloods have never shown hypo.. My last bloods done in Aug were.

NO TSH DONE!!

T3.... 8.3 pmol/L... Ranges.. 3.10..6.80..pmol/L

T4...17.5..pmol/L...ranges.. 11.00..22.00 pmol/L..

I'm unfortunately in bed now with bad stomach / bowle pain after going back on the T4.... 😩😩😩😩

I am sorry that you do not appear to have received a timely response to your post/question - or perhaps you got an answer on another post or in a Private Message? Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
