First and foremost THANK YOU @humanbean@slow dragon@seasidesusie and everyone else that has help me work through my crazy Issues with splitting my pills and sleep issues!
I have now been splitting my (100mcg) T4 and (10mcg) T3 Into 3 different taking times for roughly 2 weeks now and WOW I seriously feel much better for doing it.
Humanbean gave me a schedule and I worked with it ....But I still struggle to get my vitamins in without interfering with my thyroid meds.... I forget and then it ends in a train wreck!
I really recommend anyone who is struggling to TRY and split your thyroid meds up through the day, it has really helped me a lot and does no harm to try something different.
I take (2) 50mcg T4 pills and (2) 5 mcg T3 pills. I split one 50mcg T4 and one 5mcg T3
4:15am : I take 1/2 (50mcg) and 1/2 (5mcg)
11am : I take whole 50mcg t4 and 5mcg t3
I decided that I need more meds at 11am Vs 9pm and 4:15am .
9pm: I take the other half of T4/T3
Its a pain to split the T3 because they are so soft ... but I managed!
Seriously want to thank everyone for all your help although I may not do everything you suggest and at times seem like Im fishing (because I’m) this is how I work through my health issues by asking at times odd stuff.... but I really do hear you! Thanks!

I'm glad that you've found my suggested timetable helpful and that you are starting to feel a bit better.
Regarding tagging people, if the name stays black then the tagging hasn't worked and the person you tag doesn't get a notification.
If the name turns blue you know the tagging has worked and the person will be notified that they have been referred to.
I'm not totally sure of this, but I think if a published post is edited and a tag entered during the editing, then the person mentioned won't get notified.
Hi Batty1 Good to hear this is working for you. Why did you feel you were struggling to take all the Levo in one go? What symptoms have you overcome by splitting it?
I tried to split my Levo with T3 today. 2 doses. I've felt very off all day, but most especially this afternoon. Don't think I'm doing that again. But I'm keen to know what differences people who like it find.
I have always split my doses into 2 but always suffered with crazy fatigue by late afternoon so I tried splitting my meds into 3 different times and the biggest difference I noticed is not having as much fatigue in the afternoon and early evening hours.
