Since Levothyroxine contains lactose which is a problem for many of us would it help to take a Lactase enzyme at the same time as our T4?

As lactose free Levo is available, why not just ask for a lactose free brand to be named on your prescription or ask the pharmacy to supply only lactose free brand?
Thanks so much I have not been able to find a brand in the USA. Does anyone have a name for me. I don't want any form of Tirosint or Tirosint-Sol. Thanks so much
