Advice on increase

I am on Tirosint T4 which I get from Germany and am looking to increase to either 75mcg or 100 but unsure what to do as I only have 50mcg tablets. No chance of getting any more atm for some time. I have posted below my latest bloods on 50mcg dose. I’m not feeling good and believe I need to increase so thinking could I dose 50mcg and 100mcg every other day or just increase to 100mcg and see how I go?

I’m also looking at possibly adding some T3 in at some point also but wanted to get the t4 sorted first.

Any advice appreciated thanks

Tsh 1.25. (.55-4.28)

Ft4. 16.6. (11.45-22.65)

Ft3. 4.0. (3.5-6.5)

You shouldn't go up by more than 25 mcg at a time. So, either cut one of the 50s in half and take 75 mcg a day, or alternate 50/100.

Your labs show that you do need an increase in levo. But, they also show that your conversion is pretty good, so probably no need for T3. :)

Ok so to alter 100/50 every day is ok then?

Yes, plenty of people do it that way. :)
