I'm quite cautious so would not want to be 10% over the top of the range long-term. Your free T4 is relatively low in range (30%). Have you tried a combination of levo and NDT so that you get both "frees" in the top third but not over-range?
May be worth dropping the NDT back down and adding in 25 mcg of levo and seeing how you do and what your results are then?
If that doesn't work, maybe go back to 2 grains to feel good - I'm aware that when all we had was NDT dosing was by how we feel rather than what the blood tests show ...
For me, using desiccated, I prefer my FT4 low-in-range at 1.1-1.2 and FT3 high-in-range at 3.8-4.0. People in the other groups that use desiccated also have this preference. If my FT4 goes much higher or FT3 goes lower, I will feel those effects.
Also, I acquire most of my dose from a split higher dose pill but I also use a smaller increment that I quarter and consume that with my AM dose. My endo scripts me for two different increments. The lesser dose lasts me a lot longer as I cut those pills.
