I’m on 2 grains of np thyroid I got new labs and I’m feeling better but I’m afraid she will want to lower my dose so I wanted to check to see what you think

Still tired later in the day still no weight loss I’m gluten free and dairy free the majority of the time
Well, the slight ‘over range’ on your T3 test does not, in itself, indicate you are over-medicated. Others here may be able to comment helpfully. And it would be worth checking your vitamin levels they can effect your health if below par and may need some extra supplementation.
How long between last dose of NDT and blood test?
It was 4-6 hours before I was taking it when I woke up in the middle of the night I changed that now to 1/2 before breakfast and 1/2 before dinner
So the blood test is a bust, as it is just measuring the NDT you took in the night. Free t3 peaks around 4 hours after you take it, so that explains why free T3 is slightly over range. Get a new test and leave 8 to 12 hours between last dose and blood test. Take last dose just before lights out instead of before dinner and get test done first thing in the am - fasting.
