What is the point you are trying to make? Hypothyroidism is known to cause neuropathy therefore treatment with levothyroxine to correct the hypothyroidism may reduce the symptoms.
Ive never associated neuropathy with hypothyroidism. B12 deficiency is noted for causing Neuropathy.

So if it wasnt addressed long termly it could but is often caused by prssure on the nerves due to swelling impinging them rather than the nerves being stripped as in b12 deficiency.
