Do you know your B12 level ? If low in range then the symptoms can present as neurological.
What's your vitamin D level like?
Low vitamin D can upset vitamin B levels
See this article how they interact in the gut - especially if you have an autoimmune disease

Have you been tested for Hashimotos? High Thyroid antibodies
Thanks for posting this SlowDragon...really interesting link. I'm going to get my vit D levels tested again asap as I suspect this may be behind my less than restorative sleep I've been experiencing in the last few months.. I'm thinking of taking B5 in addition to my normal B supplement as I suspect my adrenals are pretty weak (again) and B5, by all accounts seems to be what I'm lacking (supplemental niacin in the evening has been 'ok' but I suspect it's dealing with symptoms rather than an actual cause) ...
The way this all ties in with the time of year when our vit D levels are likely to be low anyway does make a lot of sense... I got by on 5,000 iu for several months initially (when I was low before) and tapered down to 1,000 - I have vit K2 and I've not had any recent problems with my back, so we all assumed levels were ok, but now, I realise that vit d does so much more than help our bones.
I have neropathy as well the neurolgist said its thyroid linked endo says not so not sure if they don't know or don't care I have hyper in remision
There has been some improvement with sublingual
B12 and vit d but it's taken over a year to show any substantial improvement still have intense burning in hands and feet at night
I had "burning" feet (and hands & arms at times) & dizzy about a month after starting relatively high dose vitamin D (on endos suggestion)
I found this article by Dr Gominack
So I tried adding good vitamin B complex - it really helped & quite quickly too. I needed B12 as well for a month or so - then phased that out. I still take the B complex
I have Hashimotos & gastroenterologist diagnosed poor gut function/gluten intolerance
