Thailand NDT suppliers - not responding to my emails

Has anyone had trouble communicating with their supplier?

Prior to Covid mine had always been responsive & reliable.

My problem isn’t that my order is on back order, it’s not knowing whether monies paid have been received by them. Could be out of business for all I know. All I do know is that I’m not getting any response.
