What do my results mean?

Can I get some feedback on the recent blood results please.

I know my ferritin is high and I've been off iron tablets for 7weeks now. But my hair is falling out in chunks ever since I've stopped them. Plus have pressure behind eyes as well as really dry eyes.

I feel awful. Really really tired. Just falling asleep.

31.5mcg of t3 is what I was taking previously then 4 days before blood test increased to 38mcg of t3. I know I'm supposed to wait till 6 weeks before I test again but when the doctor wanted to test t3 I didn't say no

Thank you guys.

If anyone can take the time to read my post and give me some feedback, I'd really appreciate it.
