TSH 0.32 [.027 - 4.2] this is low but not below range
T4 13.1 [12 - 22] this is a feeble 13.1% through range
T3 4.7 [3.1 - 6.8] this is a slightly more respectable 43% through range
Most of us hypos need both our frees to be in the top third of the range, suggesting you will feel better if you can increase your meds. I can't see how an endo can say that free T4 result is ok - unless he's myopic, stupid, or thinks anything "in range" is just dandy [in which case perhaps he's in the wrong job!
I'd suggest adding levo - 25 mcg to start, hold for a few weeks and see how you're doing; then maybe another 25 mcg, hold for 6 weeks and re-test - and see if you can find your "sweet spot". I don't think you need to add lio to the mix, just levo and that should bring up both results. Don't let the dopey endo say that you are over-medicated if your TSH slips below range: you are ONLY over-medicated when free T3 fgoes over-range
