Here are my blood results with ranges from Feb.

Serum vit b12 331ng/L (145 - 910 ng/L)

25 hydroxy vid d (slm10740) A normal 61.3 (50.00 250nmol/L)

Folate 8.6ug/L (3.00 - 20ug/L)

Ferritin normal 48ug/L (10.00 - 150.00ug/L)

Does this result cause any concerns after latest very recent blood results for autoimmune thyroid??

They were all too low.

Have you been supplementing?

Optimal levels are:

Vit D - 100-150nmol/L.

B12 - top of range for Total B12 which is what you have, absolute minimimum 550ng/L, recommended 9000-1000ng/L according to "Could it be B12" by Sally Pacholok.

Folate - at least half way through range.

Ferritin - half way through range.

If you're not supplementing, personally I would retest, get current levels and post them here for suggestions on what dose of supplements to take.
