I do have hashimotos following a test in 2019, which showed TSH 1.08, FT3 5.13, FT4 15.1. All ranges as above. Antibodies were in excess of 600. Could someone please give me any further advice as doctors would not really entertain me. Thanks
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common with Hashimoto’s
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin levels last tested?
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Is this how you did this test
Improving low vitamin levels frequently raises TSH so that (TSH obsessed) GP can actually recognise you need treatment
Add any vitamin results and ranges if you have any
As you have Hashimoto’s are you currently on strictly gluten free diet?
