What's the best way to start NDT? I'm on 250mcg of levothyroxine at the moment and have been prescribed WP Thyroid.

Thank-you.

Honestly if you’re in good overall health swap directly over to the equivalent dose. If you’re not then you’ll need to gradually introduce but one of the admins will help you with that.

When were vitamin levels last tested

What are your most recent results and ranges

Rare to need calcium

EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

I'm aware of this. I was last tested back in April and am due to be tested at the end of August. Foliate and B12 were at the top of the range and ferritin and D3 were mid-range.

I have, Im taking 250mcg of levothyroxine. I had an appointment with my endo on Friday and he's put me on NDT and also told me to discontinue the liothyronine. He was worried, I'd had a reaction to it.
