What supplements do people find help with hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s? I take all of the usual vitamins and minerals, but was wondering if there was anything else people take that they find helps. Thanks.

Dont take multivits. Dont take cheap stuff from the supermarket. Take magnesium. Dont take anything else without testing levels first (and monitoring).

Thanks for your reply. I don’t take cheap multi-vitamins. My friend is a kinesiologist and has tested me for the vitamins and minerals I need and it currently stands at calcium, B12 and folic acid and iron as I suffer with anaemia, plus a couple of other things.
