Apart from having blood test (which I can't afford at the moment) is there any other way of knowing if one is taking too much NDT...or indeed if one is taking too little? I don't feel bad but I don't feel good either!

The symptoms of over and under medicated can be similar so blood tests are handy to know which it is. I can't always tell without bloods.

I am on a combo levo and lio. What I have also discovered is that I have symptoms that seem to be controlled by FT4 levels and symptoms which have been alleviated by adding the T3.

Thank you, I too feel I need bloods to be sure. Once this moths bills met will order test next month!
