So it looks like my FT3 has hardly moved at all despite the changes in TSH and FT4.
I'm really tired. And with a TSH of 0.37 I don't think the GP will raise my Levo dose to 100mg.
Other results were:
Thyroglobin 534 《115
T Perox antibodies 321《34
They are both really high and I thought be gluten free might change that.
Ferritin 91.2 (13-150)
Folate 9.86 (3.89-19.45)
Active B12 55.5 (37.5-187)
Vit D 121 (50-175)
I take Vit D/mag/K2. Stopped B vits 10 days before the test. Followed the protocol for the blood test.
I'm not sure what to do next. I have some T3 bought a while ago, but on advice here I didn't use it in order to see if I could convert a higher T4. Thank you!

Thanks Greygoose. So this sort of confirms I am not converting well, I guess. Which is inconvenient because I will have to buy T3! I have two separate packs, one unipharma and one tiromel, both 25mcg. Should I try one a day, along with the 75mg of Levo? I haven't tried this before, but would like to know if I would feel better with T3 above 50% of the range.
Let's say that, all things being equal, you should feel better if the FT3 was above 50%. But, of course, there could be other problems affecting you, like low/high cortisol. But, it's certainly worth trying the T3
But, don't start on 25 mcg! That's much too high a dose to start on. Start with a 1/4 tablet for at least two weeks, to see how it suits you. If there are no problems, increase by another 1/4 tablet. You can increase like that until you get to 25 mcg, then hold for 6 weeks and retest.
