I have a problem. My order for Tiromel 25mcg has been delayed leaving Singapore. I only have 5 days left. I take 75 Levo and 3/4 tablet of Tiromel.
Obviously I am going to run out so what side effects am I likely to suffer.

I imagine that you will gradually experience hypo symptoms considering that it's low T3 that causes symptoms. In the meantime, you could try increasing your Levo, if you have some conversion then it may help.
You could eke out what T3 you have left, say drop down to half a tablet which will give you a few extra days, or even a quarter of a tablet so at least you're getting some T3.
When was it despatch and have you any idea of how long it'sbeen taking to arrive recently?
Hi again,
Order placed 19th May (I admit that it was my fault I forgot to order it earlier)
15h June (Royal Mail tracker)
Item Leaving overseas
Singapore
Does it come via donkey, ship or aeroplane?
I will take your suggestion and drop to half a tablet.
Thank you
Carol
Try not to worry too much. I've experienced delays with orders placed in the same part of the world, but they did eventually turn up, safe and sound. My early April order took 10 weeks to reach me via Singapore, but another order in May took only four. The standard shipping time (I've found) is 10-14 days. International mail networks are gradually working through their backlogs.
In the meantime, I would take up SeasideSusie's suggestions with regard to dosing.
