Hi,

L Glutamine is fantastic for gut health and lots more besides, but as with any other supplements I wouldn't take it at the same time as taking your levo dose. Take it at a different time away from your dose of levo.

I love L-Glutamine powder, really helps with sugar cravings too.

Hi

A comprehensive stool analysis is an option to determine what exactly is going on.

Low stomach acid, no or low probiotics, a massive bacterial overgrowth Candida or parasites.

Mine was dire I had no stomach acid or probiotics Candida and a bacterial issue.

Mine is fixed, I just take a probiotics daily.

I got headaches and a little bit of nausea as a side effect from L-Glutamine when I took it for a few days last year so I had to stop taking it all together. You could start with a low dose and see how you feel before increasing it.

I took it when I was getting over some nasty reflux issues... also good if you've had a bug. Probably, best to take mid'morning (not at night - you'll struggle to settle).
