Does anyone know the difference between ERFA a NDT thyroid hormone from porcine . I have had to change to Metavive Pro which is glandular .

What is the difference between NDT and Metavive which is glandular ?

With porcine NDT like Erfa and Armour, you know exactly how much hormone it contains. With a glandular, there usually isn't any hormone content but if there is some, you won't know how much there is.
