Well, you gave yourself a little bit of a decrease in dose, there. 60 mg NDT is usually said to be equal to 100 mcg T4. But it's all an approximation. So, that could be the reason for your symptoms.

You have plenty of room for an increase, but if I were you, I'd only increase by 15 mg at a time.

Did you make sure that your nutrients were optimal before changing to NDT?

Hi,

Iron. 17.3. (11.6-31.3)

Tybc. 47.8. (45-80)

Iron % 36 (15-45)

Ferritin. 61 (10-200. Ug/l)

25cmg is 15 mg thats what i was told. So slowly i did change 25 for 15 mg ndt.

Then my old euthyrox was not more available and is wanted to raise but i get flutters high heart rate.

Do you think my iron is okay. I did supplement for a while.

Your ferritin/iron is low. That could affect your heart. Are those results before or after you supplemented? I really don't think they're OK, no. Can you eat liver once a week? That's the best way to raise it.

What about vit D, vit B12 and folate? They all need to be optimal for your body to use NDT correctly.

25 mcg levo equals 15 mg NDT? Well, depends who does the telling. But, if you were taking 75 mcg levo, you should now be on 45 mg NDT. So, you are under-medicated which ever way you look at it.

Yes i know i am under medicated. I had 25 mcg levo and 30 mg ndt. Then my old medicin went out of stock. So i want to take 45 mg. I probably need more 1 grain or more ?

The iron is with suplements. I do eat liver this are the resulst. How high do you need ferritin. I did read 70?

Vit d is 80 few months ago

Folate was okay 20. 5-35

B12. 640. 145_570

Selenium 1.45. 0.63_1.52

I am suplementing iron 25 mcg each day. To low?

The rest i dont suplement at rhe moment.

Always best to raise dose slowly. So, go up to 45 mg NDT now, then, if you feel the need, you can increase to 60 mg two weeks later.

Ferritin should be about mid-range, so that would be around 100. 70 is for euthyroid people. When you're hypo, you need more. Do you eat liver once a week?

The rest are ok. :)

No not once a week. Maybe once in 3 weeks.

Don t like it that much. I did stop the iron suplemention once my ferriton got to 70. Was afraid it would be to much. I think it must be lower now. Do you always suplementing iron? Eating liver is not enough for me.

Well, eating it once every three weeks wouldn't be enough. But, look at the top of that range: 200. And yours is 61. You've got a long way to go to take too much. It doesn't rise that quickly.
