Morning people,

Hope you are all well. So, yesterday I did my private Thyroid test - having the shakes made it more amusing. Anyway, as I strongly suspect I’ve got Hashimoto’s and physically, I feel pretty yuck is there any supplement anyone can recommend please.

All the best,

😊

Looking at previous posts, it’s likely being coeliac that you are low in vitamin D

As we should only ever start one supplement at a time, perhaps start with this

Better You make vitamin D mouth spray. This is often easier to absorb than tablets in gut

They make one that includes vitamin K2 mk 7. Vitamin K2 helps send excess calcium into bones to keep them strong

there any supplement anyone can recommend please.

You need to test Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin before anyone can suggest what you should take. There is no general supplement that will make a Hypo or Hashi's patient feel better, we need to test the core nutrients and address any low levels or deficiencies with the correct dose of supplement, we can't guess doses as we could take too little which wont help at all or take too much and in some cases this can build up and lead to toxicity.
