No thyroid and have shakes and nausea

Hi guys I’m looking for some advice, had full thyroidectomy almost three years ago, have diabetes. I take 150mg np thyroid, jentadueto and forxiga for diabetes and lexapro. Lately I have been feeling nauseated a lot, don’t feel like eating but do and then feel like vomiting after eating. Last couple of days extremely tired and weak and legs and hands shaky like I’m going to collapse, any advice ....,

Hi Clode. On NDT, you drive the dosage by how you feel. When I feel like you, I'm normally a little over cooked. I just take a little less or skip a day. If that doesn't work I try a little more, I then use heart palpitations as my guide to upper limit. I mean it's normal to have light heart palps for an hour after taking NDT, but you shouldn't have them 12 hours later in bed. You also need buckets of B12 to help you process thyroid. I run mine between 900-1100pg/mL

Poor you. I'm no expert, but please check the brands of medication you take. I can only tolerate a certain brand of leverthroxine. Please get some advice. Don't put up with. You deserve better. Take care.

Patients on the forum have stated that antidepressants (lexapro is described as an antidepressant) counteract the thyroid meds. Suggest you investigate the relationship, nothing more I can say as this problem has never affected me.

This is very true I had a lot of issues on Armour Thyroid and Cymbalta even though I took them hours apart... my hand rattled so bad.

Are you taking your thyroid meds at the same time or fairly close to your diabetes meds or is it a possibility that your diabetes is acting up and not thyroid related?
