No thyroid and have shakes and nausea

I take 150mg np thyroid, jentadueto and forxiga for diabetes and lexapro. Lately I have been feeling nauseated a lot, don’t feel like eating but do and then feel like vomiting after eating.

Pregabalin

I just started taking 25mg of Pregabalin 3x a day I have developed a bad nose bleeds I don't know if it's related I never get nose bleeds are nose bleeds a side effect of Pregabalin I am using it with 50 Gms of Diclofenac/Misoprostol which I am taking 2 x daily I also take 1 tab of Jentadueto once
