Well, it's in-range. Quite how 'normal' that is, who knows. But, it is negative.
However, that is not proof that you don't have Hashi's. There are two Hashi's antibodies: TPO and Tg. TgAB can be high with low TPOab, meaning you have Hashi's. Plus, some Hashi's people never even have high antibodies. They are diagnosed by an ultrasound.

As per previous posts....you need FULL thyroid and vitamin testing
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
You may need to get full Thyroid testing privately as NHS refuses to test TG antibodies as your TPO antibodies are negative
20% of Hashimoto's patients never have raised antibodies
