My multinodular goitre has recently been getting larger and starting to cause me more discomfort. I had an ultrasound that didn't show anything cancerous or worrying. I've had blood tests before which were all within range (not necessarily optimum though) but only tested TSH and T4 so I got one of the Medichecks tests to check all my levels.
The results all came back within range:
TSH 1.86 (0.27 - 4.2)
Free T3 4.63 (3.1 - 6.8)
Free Thyroxine 15 (12 - 22)
Thyroglobulin antibodies 11 (<115)
TPA <9 (<34)
I was wondering if the goitre could be related to a lack of iodine?- I'm vegan and salt in the UK isn't usually iodised so I am likely not getting much in my diet.
I had an ultra vit test earlier in the year and some of my vitamins were low, but I have been supplementing since and that has eased a lot of the symptoms I was having then, particularly the fatigue and brain fog, and to some degree the anxiety.
Any insights greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that link. Typically getting hold of potatoes and haricot beans is pretty tricky with everything going on at the moment!
I had my vitamins tested at the end of January. I'm currently taking on the advice from this forum:
Better You Vitamin D+K2 spray
Igennus Super B-Complex
Igennus Magnesium Complex
Myvegan Vegan Omega (250mg DHA, 125mg EPA)
I started taking the Vitamin D in January and was planning to retest that at the end of April after 3 months. I started taking the B complex mid February, and I've only recently started taking the magnesium. I've been taking the omega for about 6 months.
