I had

Tsh 0,01 (lab reference 0,35-5)

T3 3,18 (0,7-1,9)

T4 18,4 ( 4,7-11,1)

Anti tg 108 (< 60)

Anti tpo 47 ( < 50)

Tsi 7,70 (< 1,75)

I am then on unimazole 3 per day (10 mg)

And repeat my tests on the 4th March

Tsh 0,01 (0,35- 5)

T3 5,76 (2-4,2)

T4 2,04 (0,80-1,76)

Tg 55,5 ( <50)

Your previous post says you have been diagnosed as having Graves’ disease

To confirm Graves’ disease you need TSI or Trab antibodies tested

You also need vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested. These are frequently too low with a Graves or Hashimoto’s and supplementing to bring to optimal can improve results

Strictly gluten free diet helps or is essential for thousands of Hashimoto’s or Graves patients

Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies

While still eating high gluten diet ask GP for coeliac blood test first or buy test online for under £20, just to rule it out first

Assuming test is negative you can immediately go on strictly gluten free diet

(If test is positive you will need to remain on high gluten diet until endoscopy, maximum 6 weeks wait officially)

Trying strictly gluten free diet for 3-6 months

If no noticeable improvement, reintroduce gluten and see if symptoms get worse
