Recommendations on how to get NDT please pm me

I have been on T4 for 4 years but still suffering from coldness/ brain fog/ anxiety which I never had before I was diagnosed. I want to try NDT and wondered how others source if from Thailand/ elsewhere? Or maybe a private Dr near Surrey, UK who might help without it being extortionate!

This showed B12, folate, vitamin D all too low

Have you been supplementing to improve ?

Thyroid level was also low

Did you get 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine

Recommend getting full thyroid and vitamin test again to see exactly where levels are now

As you have hashimoto’s are you now on strictly gluten free diet?

If so have you seen any improvement in symptoms gluten free

I have been gluten free since diagnosis. Also dairy free and I went on autoimmune diet which highlighted problems with tomatoes too so I avoid those. My most recent blood tests were much better and yes I have been supplementing (but stopped before bloods taken). I can find the latest results if it helps. I am just at the point of wanting to try something different. It seems a lot of people get improved symptom relief from being on NDT vs T4 only and I thought it was worth a try. GP won’t even give me the time of day...
