I keep imagining a little machine in the corner of a kitchen.
It has lots of varied hoppers and in each one there are small beads. Each bead contains a particular substance (vitamin K2, magnesium, vitamin D3) in an appropriately small dosage. Possibly some are solid, others are gels, or whatever makes sense.
You select (and quite obviously this could, and probably should, be automated) the ones you want to take and the machine counts out the appropriate number of beads. You take.
You can get fairly precise doses of everything, combined or separate, and staged through the day. Adjustments can be made depending on all sorts of things like what you have consumed today and yesterday, how you feel, blood tests.
You need to go back several times a day to optimise when you take them in relation to time of day, food, each other, medicines, etc.? Your mobile phone reminding you as needed.
One machine could dispense for any number of people.
(I thought Willie Wonka illustrated this in a suitably fanciful way.)
