Haven’t been on for a while- lots of reasons as to why, so many things going on right now.
These are the results from the test I had last week.
TSH- 0.02mU/L 0.30- 4.40
Free T4- 7.7 pmol/L. 9.0-19.1
Free T3- 6.1pmol/L 2.9-4.9
These are all the tests they took that day, I hadn’t been fasting, or off my levo or T3 because I had no warning about them! So I’d taken my T4 (75mcg) around 3am and 12.5mcg of T3 at around 7am.
Thank you in advance for your advice everyone.

Hi, Hope you are ok? I'm definitely no expert but I can see that your T4 is too low. And as T3 is more immediate, I'm guessing that having taken it at 7am that's why that reading is (falsely) high? How are you feeling more to the point? (hopefully you'll get some more expert help in a bit)
I don't think we can read much into these tests as they were taken so soon after your doses so any advice will be general.
If you are not feeling great I would look at the balance of your T3 and T4 meds. Your FT3 is a false high so I'll ignore that. Your Ft4 is low even for someone on T3. Some folks like it that way; others need Ft4 well over half way through the range.
I would get another blood test with proper spacing between test and doses. Then think about the balance between FT4 and FT3.
Tests are useless if you'd just taken your meds. That's probably the peak of your T3, but not sure about T4 - probably lower than most people would feel good with. You can refuse blood test, you know. I'd tell them that you were taking high dose biotin supplement so tests are not right and need to be redone
Thanks everyone. I still don’t feel great even on 75mcg of T4 and 25mcg of T3 (split over 2 doses)
Although I feel much better than when I was on 25mcg of T4 and then they dropped it to nothing!
I paid to see a private endo who is extremely good, as I have other co morbidities too- I have Addisons Disease, Hashimotos, Vit D & B12 deficiencies, hemiplegic migraines, as well as mobility issues, a crumbling spine, osteoarthritis in many places and Fibromyalgia!!
I have to be honest though, since I’ve started getting all my vitamins, thyroid meds and HC meds sorted, my fibro pain has gotten better, and I’m off my morphine.
Oh bugger, I forgot about the biotin! Damn I’m on Jarrows B-right, Magnesium L-threonate, Calcium and Vit C!! As well as SI Vit B12 1.5mg a day, tried going longer in between but the symptoms kept coming back.
The blood draw was done at around 12pm and no fasting. 😔
Before my next appointment I have to have bloods done again- they’ll be done right that time though! That’s the first time they’ve caught me like it since I discovered this forum and learnt how to do them correctly.
The Vit D, Ferritin, Folate and B12 were last tested in.
