Does anyone have any recommendations for Magnesium supplements that are quality but not too expensive?

There's a lot to choose from and although I can't afford to pay £30 for a months supply, I don't want to buy cheap ones that don't work....!

I have had Holland & Barrett in the past, but I don't think they're great quality vitamins really!

Look forward to some advice!

I have had Holland & Barrett in the past, but I don't think they're great quality vitamins really!

I absolutely agree when it comes to their own brand, much the same with any high street/supermarket own brand.

Life Extension Bone Restore with vit k2. Its 20 quid there abouts on amazon but it works so well cos the vit k2 helps absorption. They recommend 3 a day but even when I was desperately low magnesium I would do great with just 1-2 a day n the bottle contains 120
